From expanding our product range to investing in people and equipment, this year has been full of progress, innovation and reasons to celebrate. Our dedication to providing high-quality health and safety signs, welfare signs and construction site signage continues to drive everything we do.

Here’s a look at the three biggest leaps we took this year to improve safety and service across the UK.

1. New Signs for New Risks: Closing the Safety Gaps on Your Site

To stay ahead of evolving regulations, we made key, strategic additions to our health and safety signs product line. We focused on making compliance easier and more comprehensive for site managers. We’ve expanded our range with several exciting new additions including HAV Signs, Tapes, Welfare Signs and Waste Signs, strengthening our position as a trusted provider of health and safety signs for construction sites and workplaces across the UK. Our focus on construction site signage ensures that teams are safe, informed and compliant wherever they work.

2. Faster Turnaround, Higher Quality: Our Investment Means Zero Downtime for You

When you need signs, you need them quickly and perfectly printed. That's why one of the biggest moves we made in 2025 was investing in a new, state-of-the-art printer and other production equipment. Improving our production capabilities for construction site signage and other signage solutions. These upgrades allow Glendining Signs to deliver faster turnaround times and maintain the high-quality standards our clients expect.

Our success has always been built on our people and this year we’ve continued to invest in our amazing team. We believe that a happy, skilled, and well-supported team creates a superior product for you.

This year, we continued to invest in our team through a series of key development initiatives:

• In March, we hosted a Staff Belonging and EDI workshop, focusing on equality, diversity and inclusion, part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a positive, welcoming and happy workplace.
• In April, our Leadership Development Coaching sessions helped our leaders strengthen their mindset, language and conversations, equipping them to inspire their teams and drive our business goals forward.
• In May, we took time out to connect, laugh and strengthen our bonds through team-building sessions that reminded us why Glendining is such a special place to work and a proud leader of signage in the UK.

A Year of Milestones and Celebrations

We’ve also had plenty of memorable moments outside the day-to-day:

• April saw the exciting launch of CorriGlen, an innovative new offering we’re proud to have brought to life.
• In May, we expanded our digital presence with new Instagram and TikTok accounts, giving customers a behind-the-scenes look at life at Glendining.
• July was all about celebration, with a reception area refresh to brighten up our space and a fantastic summer party that brought the whole team together for some well-earned fun.
• And in September, we were proud to stand with the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity, supporting their incredible work providing emotional, physical and financial wellbeing support to those in our industry who need it most.
